Loida Alupani, a pupil from Salvacion Elementary School delivered her acceptance speech on behalf of the beneficiaries. Loida, feeling emotional, paused for a short while before she continued, “Nangangako po kami na aming aalagaan at gagamitin nang wasto ang inyong alay sa amin. Maraming maraming salamat po.”

The students, teachers, and locals of Luna, Apayao for both schools extended their gratitude to Atty.
