The St. Bernard Educational Trust Fund was established to ensure that children who were victims of the 2006 Southern Leyte Landslides get to finish their high school education.

Children’s Hour, in partnership with Philippine Business for Social Progress, provides educational support, in the form of a monthly allowance and provision of basic educational needs, to 25 children. This is Children’s Hour’s longest-term project, with the last child graduating high school in 2017.
