CHPI bids farewell to Amb. Cuisia

On February 15, Children’s Hour hosted a farewell lunch for CHPI Member Jose L. Cuisia, Jr. at Rockwell Club Chef Jessie Restaurant.  Mr. Cuisia is set to leave the country due to his appointment by President Benigno S. Aquino III as Philippine Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to the United States with concurrent jurisdiction over the US Virgin Islands, Grenada and the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico.

To honor his unrelenting support to CHPI, a token of appreciation was awarded to Mr. Cuisia by CHPI Vice-Chair Amb. Bienvenido Tan, Jr. and Executive Director Evangeline T. Mayuga. The token was a portrait of Mr. Cuisia and President Benigno S. Aquino III’s hand print and signature taken during CHPI Annual Benefit Lunch last December 8, 2010.

Also present in the lunch were Corazon de Leon, Emma Tan, Corazon de la Paz-Bernardo, Roberto de Ocampo, Ramon del Rosario, Jr., Jose Mari Chan, Michael Toledo, Renato de Villa, Guillermo Luz and Pedro Roxas.
