Aegis PeopleSupport, one of the country’s leading business process outsourcing company, ran the Children’s Hour campaign in support of the Business Processing Association of the Philippines’ (BPA/P) Batang Pilipino Ang Pag-asa project. By donating a minimum one hour equivalent of salaries or earnings, Aegis PeopleSupport employees were able to raise Ph 250,000.00. The funds raised will help deserving out of school youths get training for possible employment in the BPO-industry. This latest gift of AEGIS PeopleSupport for marginalized Filipino children is in line with their global CSR-initiative called “Happy World”. The said turnover of donation took place last August 10, 2011 at Aegis PeopleSupport Makati office.
