Children’s Hour strengthens its ties with the Management Association of the Philippines (MAP) last May 24, 2011 as Ms. Emily Abrera, Children’s Hour’s Chair presented a 10 year report to the MAP members and introduced two innovative projects on sustainability and nation building.

Children’s Hour has partnered with Business Processing Association of the Philippines (BPA/P) for the Batang Pilipino Ang Pag-asa project, a sustainable program that taps the BPO-industry to create employment opportunities for disadvantaged out-of-school youths. Also, Children’s Hour is helping the private sector’s Educational Consortium for the Bayanihang Pampaaralan project which has pledged to help build 10,000 classrooms in the next two years.
