InterContinental Hotel Manila hosted a benefit dinner themed as “Eight Stars. One Night” at the Prince Albert Rotisserie last October 7, 2010. The 8-course dinner, which costs P 15,000.00 per plate was prepared by 8 celebrity chefs: Marc Aubry, Patrick Fournes, Billy King, Roland Lutz, Christian Pirodon, Roland Sager, Jessie Sincioco and Cyrille Soenen. On the same night, a silent bidding of a Manuel Baldemor painting was also held and Chef Roland Sager’s football group, Bayern Munich Fan Club Manila donated a generous amount to Children’s Hour.

The successful charity event which was attended by 61 guests was participated in by Children’s Hour Trustees Atty. Michael Toledo and Susana Madrigal. All proceeds from the dinner were donated to Children’s Hour and another non-profit organization.

To culminate the benefit dinner last October 7, InterContinental Hotel Manila hosted another lunch at the Carlos P. Romulo Room in the Prince Albert Rotisserie last November 17 to formally turnover the donations to Children’s Hour.
