On November 5, Children’s Hour, together with ABS-CBN Foundation and Habitat for Humanity Philippines held the Children’s Hour Day Care Complex groundbreaking event in Site 2 BayaniJuan sa Calauan, Laguna. This program will support the developmental needs of the pre-school children of the relocatees, in terms of early childhood education, nutrition, nurture. The program also seeks to engage the mothers in parenting and instill appropriate attitudes towards children. Present during the ceremonies were Children’s Hour donors from the Spouses of the Heads of Mission, Angelo King Foundation, ABS-CBN Foundation and the Franciscan Sisters of the Sacred Heart.
