Robinsons – Saizen supports CH

To commence its 4-part annual Robinsons Goodwill Tour, Saizen, in collaboration with Children’s Hour organized a tree-planting activity entitled “One For The Future” last October 9, 2010 at the Daza Park, Camp Aguinaldo. 30 children from the Armed Forces of the Philippines Educational Benefit System Office (AFP-EBSO), an office created to help aid children dependents of active military personnel as well those who were killed in the line of duty, together with AFP soldiers took part in the event.

The programme kick started at roughly 6AM with fun games and exercises for the children. This was followed by Saizen’s symbolic turnover of a P 20,000 grant to Children’s Hour, which will be used to fund the scholarship of the 30 AFP-EBSO children. Once the children were all warmed up and at ease with the benefactors and the AFP personnel, the tree planting activity ensued with each child assigned with one mahogany tree to plant in the Daza Park Grounds.
