Children’s Hour Philippines, Inc. (CHPI) and A.G.A.P.P. (Aklat, Gabay, Aruga tungo sa Pag-angat at Pag-asa) are on its way to a promising partnership to improve the lives of marginalized Filipino children. The project aims to enhance the public school’s resources for supporting literacy development and to provide a basic ECCD service for 5 year olds through the preschool program.
