Gothong Southern, in its effort to respond to the classroom deficiency in the Philippines, supported Children’s Hour by donating Ph 600,000.00 last December 6, 2011 at the Annual Benefit Lunch, Everyday It’s Christmas. Gothong Southern’s donation is directed to Children’s Hour project, Bayanihang Pampaaralan, an initiative of the private sector which is geared towards building 10,000 classrooms as an answer to the nation-wide classroom shortage, with Children’s Hour as its official fundraiser.
