Selection process:

Step 1: Accomplish the  Project Proposal Template

Step 2: Submit copies of the following:
a. SEC Registration
b. DSWD License
c. Current List of BOT
d. Audited Financial Statements

Step 3: The full-proposal will be evaluated and shall be recommended for funding consideration.
