Children’s Hour is a fund-raising and grant-giving organization that taps individuals, employees, and corporations to donate at least one hour of their earnings once a year to fund projects committed to promote the welfare of our Filipino children.

Since the inception in 1999, we've funded 425 projects nationwide with 266 partner organizations. Because of generous donors, over 413,573 Filipino children have benefited and have a hope-filled future to look forward to.

Aside from the Ayala Group of companies, some of the biggest donors of Children's Hour include the Armed Forces of the Philippines, Central Azucarera Don Pedro, Inc., Land Bank of the Philippines, Philam Life Group, Philippine National Police, Union Bank of the Philippines, Hong Kong Shanghai Banking Corporation, Golden ABC, Inc., SPI Technologies and McCann WorldGroup.

To help reverse the education crisis, Children's Hour will focus funding projects on education to help reverse the education crisis. Hour has given primary focus on education projects since 2006. We are currently funding five flagship projects to help make quality education accessible to all. This includes 1) Building a Learning Community Program of Synergeia Foundation, Inc., 2) Sharing the Light of Pathways to Higher Education, 3) Gearing Up Internet Literacy and Access to Students of the Ayala Foundation, Inc., and 4) Childstart-BATA (Biyayang Aral, Tanging Alay) of the Couples for Christ Educational Foundation, Inc. 5.) School-based Psychosocial Program for Children of Overseas Filipinos of Atikha Overseas Workers and Community Initiatives, Inc.

But even while we now devote the greater part of our funds to flagship projects, we continue to address the other needs of children through Standard Projects, These are smaller, one-year projects in health, nutrition, psychosocial development, rehabilitation, shelter and foster care.

By investing in Children’s Hour, you are assured that every single contribution, no matter how big or small, can make a long-term positive impact in our children’s future.
